(Korean Abstract) |
본 논문에서는 GAN과 DCGAN을 사용하여 MNIST와 CIFAR-10의 데이터셋을 확장한 후 VGG-16 네트워크로 학습하여 원본 데이터셋으로 학습하였을 때와의 성능을 비교하였다. GAN은 MNIST와 CIFAR-10 데이터셋 모두에서 성능이 더욱 하락하였고, DCGAN은 MNIST 데이터셋에서만 분류성능이 향상되었고, CIFAR-10 데이터셋에서 성능이 하락하였다. 이를 통해 GAN을 통해 생성한 데이터셋이 네트워크의 분류 성능에 영향을 미침을 보였지만, 성능이 항상 향상되지는 않음을 보였다. |
영문내용
(English Abstract) |
In this paper, we trained VGG-16 networks with original/expanded MNIST and CIFAR-10 datasets. when we compared these network’s performance, the dataset expanded with GAN shows reduced performance at all datasets. The MNIST dataset which expanded with DCGAN’s result was improved, but CIFAR-10 shows reduced performance. It shows the expanded datasets with GAN affects to deep neural network’s performance, but not means always improve it. |
